​Beanstalk is owned by Emma and Beth Pendola, a mother/daughter duo with consignment in their blood. In 1998, when Emma was only four months old, Beth pioneered a consignment sale in her one-car garage in Cary which quickly morphed over the years into one of the nation's top ten seasonal consignment events, which she ran with a business partner for 20 years. As temporary tenant space became more and more difficult and uncertain to obtain every six months, the girls dreamed of owning their own permanent mega-store, unlike both the tiny resale franchises and the huge pop-up events in the area, each which has significant limitations in serving the busy parent. Beanstalk is one of the largest permanent children’s consignment stores in the nation, specializing in excellent quality, organization, value and selection offering one-stop shopping ALL YEAR LONG!
